Nah, G5 is the superior form, but Luffy can hold back (and he Did). G4 is pure raw power... every attack is like a Nuke. I don't think Lucci can handle that lvl of strength.

Luffy can still kill Rob lucci without any gear. He has advances hakis. And he did 1v1 with kaido. Lucci awakened would have died in minutes or seconds in 1v1 with kaido. Meanwhile base form luffy did.
