It's not that she gave up on him because of that she knew Luffy was in a state he couldn't take much more damage after fighting for 11 hours straight. She doesn't have a blindspot and just because she can understand doesn't mean she should accept his behaviour. Nami was in a much more difficult position considering she barely knew Luffy and the others when she did it. Nami isn't falling for this whole charade she mocked Sanji with the 'lord' title and was pissed because after all Luffy did to get them to this point he insulted her Captain's dream, beat him up when he knew Luffy wouldn't defend himself and then finally disrespected Luffy. Think people need to look at Nami's actions in a bit more detail she's no falling for Sanji's act she just thinks he's going to far and acting on his own she learned first hand why doing this is wrong.

Its impossible to avoid this situation, i mean the situation as in people will always compare Luffy with Zoro and Sanji, this thing is that Zoro is always training he literally doesn't do anything else. (except drink, but Roger was also known a large drinker too, showcased a couple times in the series) Luffy has confirmed Conquerors Haki, a great devil fruit (Its not amazing, or OP but its definitely at least mid-tier.) and is related to the strongest Marine on record so we expect Luffy to catch up to Garps level in the future as readers, but Sanji unlike Zoro has other hobbies; obviously the biggest one is cooking which takes up a large chunk of his time, as well as messing about chasing ladies, again unlike Zoro who just trains and keeps himself to himself, and another thing i don't see many people even mention is the fact that Sanji smokes (a lot, even since he was a kid.) which at the age he is now, would have a considerable effect on his stamina too, there is the point to be made that Sanji is a Vinsmoke and could possibly have latent power that has yet to be revealed since he was a normal human in the beginning and has gotten abnormal strength now from hard work and training his legs, but right now thats just a possibility and none of his achievements go to his "Vinsmoke" bloodline. Lol sorry for rant, point being Luffy > Zoro > Sanji, for these reasons above ^^.

In this case you could understand why Nami act like that!When it comes to Nami she was angry that Sanji beat her captain so badly and this is not joke!
