Thank you! Yes, they have WiFi on the A350s. I don’t remember if there is a free messaging option, I paid about ~15 usd for the full flight.

Well, Premium Economy section don't have proper divider with Economy section. PE should have their own cabin. Infact nice seats.

From my experience Lufthansa staff are always nice and helpful. If you don't like the Lufthansa service, it's probably because you come from a country where customer service is very over the top and artificial. You have to keep in mind that Germans don't like that kind of service, and that it feels uncomfortable to them.

Fair enough Steffen. I am from Austria and I know exactly what you mean. However, the large majority of Germans I have met would choose Qatar or Emirates as their first option for better services.

Looks a bit basic compared to Finnair Premium Economy.. gets head/neckrest, noise cancelling headphones, free drinks, use business class toilet etc..

Well at this point in time, Lufthansa is not selling lounge vouchers to those that don’t have lounge access included in their tickets or the certain status.

@@PremiumTravelClub just found out recently since I’m flying out in mid January 2024 to Toronto from Hong Kong and shopping around for airfare. Lufthansa Group seems to be offering pretty good deals even for Premium Economy at this time.

Hi Robert. The flight was in September this year. I cannot recall any snack before dinner or mid flight. Probably I could get something if I asked.

10:00 Yes, food looks like from economy, but in LHs economy food is even worse: no choice (only vegetarian) for first meal and only a cold snack for "breakfast"

The food in PE is exactly the same as economy. You get 2 choices unless you requested a special meal. The only difference is that in PE the meal is served in China dish.

Lufthansa is worst airline in the world. Jets are old and legroom in economy is designed for animals not human. If they could they would make Economy Minimum Class in which you will travel standing with luggage.

You are not wrong, Lufthansa's quality has become crap. Even their more premium seats aren't worth the money. The planes are dated and service is non-existent. Don't get me started on their food..
