Buto buto for stock or pang sabaw
1 whole chicken
3 whole garlic (1 for pang gisa, 2 for toppings)
3 white onion (1 cup diced)
3 tbsp ginger strips
1 cup of kikiam (toppings)
1 cup of squid balls (toppings)
10 egg (toppings)
1 cup pork liver
2 stalk of spring onions (dahil sibuyas)
2/3 tbsp salt (1/2 for lugaw)
pepper to taste
6 tbsp of patis (add if you must)
