I'm trapped in Hawaii and the weather really never changes much. It's usually between 75-85 during the day year round. Spring and fall are my favorite seasons, but here I try to rely on the sabbats to give life a little seasonal flair.

I love early summer mornings and after sunset when the fireflies come out. An idea for cooling off is to take a bath at temperature 85f/29c. It's cooler than body heat so cools you off, but when you get out the temperature difference isn't so extreme that you feel hot right away. This is for people that don't have a lake to skinny dip in, lol!

my ♥️ belongs to summer this year. crickets, frogs, fireflies, the warmth, the sun, bonfires, the breeze, the ocean! i just went to salem this summer as well! i cried to the ocean, sitting on the edge of the rocks right at the water, i felt like a fairy being cleansed in the salty air. as i type this it’s storming really crazily outside, and i hope to read outside after work today :) the air will be cleansed of the allergies so it’ll be nice. i also cleaned up a natural area by some rain tracks that was covered in trash and plastic! and i was gifted some bones as i was cleaning

I walk to and from work everyday and i wouldnt mind it being a little bit cooler. Triple digit days are lovely but so hot and melty. Sunbathing nude would scandalize my neighbours and my grass is non-existent( the drought killed it). I do have a lovely wild hill in my backyard that I can climb though. I do love a good nap usually with my cat curled up in my lap purring. One of my favourite things is late summer monsoonal rain storms. I love to go out in them and dance around like a crazy person. I've done it since I was a child and I get funny reactions from both adults and children in my neighbourhood.

As a student who spent mooost part of June on exams it all seems like madness to me! I love your channel. Your channel is what has inspired me to get into witchcraft. I didn’t know cottage witchcraft/hearth craft was a thing and found it really resonated with me. I usually can’t wait for summer to be over because winter is my favorite season, but this definitely helps change my mindset. :) Also, I just got my first deck of tarot cards. I’m just starting to make an altar at the hearth of our home - right in the middle of our table. I live with my husband, my 1.5 year old, and our little dog. All I have are a few candles I already had. A deck of tarot cards and some candles. I don’t know if I can call myself a witch, but I’m excited starting this journey.

I love this video, though I started it feeling a bit guilty that I’m one that is definitely looking forward to fall. 90% of the suggestions are nearly impossible for me living in Florida where it’s 98f with 95% humidity- and I’m very sensitive to the heat. I think I get the winter sadness in the summer, I’m inside air conditioning more than outside. Im also in love with nature and being outside, so summers are physical and psychological torture! In cooler months, Im barefoot, picking plants and flowers, camping, fishing, foraging. I just live in a place that doesn’t suit me! I’d rather be in Alaska!

It's been 41-44C since June and August just means the addition of daily rain and heavy humidity so it's really been hibernating season where I am. BUT, I love Lughnasadh because it's the season where the light gets more golden and signs of fall start to show (even here!). 1st harvest is a beginning and just means fall festivals and Earth's abundance are on the horizon. Plus Summerween is in full swing and I'm already drinking my iced coffee while I start projects in my hot garage 😁
