Also he went ap instead of going ad bruiser which probably would have been easier to CS with and when the jungler ganks you're not a useless sack of **** either. Hullbreaker is actually not good for the game. They removed Sanguine Blade back in 2020 because they said it was bad for the game and replaced it with an equally bad item for the game. Thx riot

@@Decay611 Depends on how you look at it and the game that it's in. Hullbreaker is about generating value. The reality of this game was that trick is always going to be ahead and he knows he is because Pink ward continues to take AP shaco top when its not good against characters with built in sustain or damage mitigation. Now, we dont know who picked first but honestly shame on him if he continued to pick shaco into a udyr. I dont know how many time these bruiser hyper sustain champions have to completely thrash him before he understands that its probably not a good idea to take this champion into them. Besides the point though, hullbreaker is only good when you're ahead or have enough pressure around the map to take advantage of it. Yes, you can afk split into the next game rushing the item while being 0/7 if you want to, but the reality of it is, the bonus 500-600 gold of stats (and thats generous) that you get from building the item still wont help you in a 1v1 against the enemy top laner. So against better players who are going to abuse those openings, which will just flat out kill you on repeat should they have the capability to, you're going to be forced to group, literally making the item just a 3k gold sink. TL;DR: Hullbreaker isn't an unhealthy item, it just promotes an unhealthy playstyle that people will follow regardless of their understanding of the item.

Best way to play into a lane shaco? Ignore him. Be tanky and have enough sustain to just ignore everything he does. Udyr can do this exceptionally well and T2G shows it here. Also, hullbreaker is dumb and an unfun item for bruiser top lane champs that just split push.

Not actually useful information if he's actually ad shaco and he's stabbing you in the back 24/7. As a top shaco main (who never plays ap shaco btw) I also build bruiser so the moment I hit level 6 you're just going to be fighting 2 of me. I even beat a kayle top and she literally made zero mistakes. It was pretty close but smart plays let me come out ahead on kills and our CS was even. If I were playing AP shaco in that instance I would have been useless af since I wouldn't be able to apply any pressure whatsoever just like this dude. This is how you get ignored and they just take your towers. AP shaco doesn't scale well and has a horrid early game. AD shaco can take advantage of his Qs as well as his backstab passive with a box here or two to zone during engagements. Not saying that AP shaco top can't do stuff, it's just that in the current meta I do not know or understand why you would want to play AP shaco into these bruisers or worse, ranged carries going top.

@@Delimon007 The reason for AP shaco is the wave clear. AD shaco has horrid wave clear. By going AP shaco, Udyr can ignore him and then it becomes a battle of wave clear. If Pinkward went AD shaco, he wouldn't have any wave clear. Again the sustain and wave clear Udyr has will still allow him to ignore AD shaco damage and out push him. AD Shaco would have fared much worse without a lot of jungle or mid help. Shaco top just isn't good into characters like Udyr who have massive sustain, tankiness, and great wave clear be it AP shaco or AD shaco.

THANK YOU! As a Shaco main, I am soooooo happy you said this. I get really irritated whenever I see an AP shaco. It means that dude isn't going to be making ANY plays and has no consistent damage and is 100% team reliant. I also main shaco and play him top as well. I do not play AP shaco top, that's dumb af. It doesn't even have to be udyr here, just insert any top laner with sustain and it will be obvious why you don't play AP shaco top. Dude has absolutely no kill pressure and as long as you don't interact with the shaco it doesn't matter. Now AD shaco will make his OWN plays without needing to rely on his team and no you don't go glass cannon you go bruiser. You basically afk farm and making harass a bit with your Q and E if you have the chance until level 6. At level 6 you can legit just start making your own plays and outplay the opponent including udyr. You are not outplaying an udyr as AP shaco you just threw the game 😂 Half of your damage will be eaten by his shield alone and dude rushed mana instead of damage meaning that udyr can straight up ignore him (which he did) shove in the lane and go help his team instead and GG WP.

So pink ward went full ap on shaco which is interesting. I dont even know how to counter udyr with shaco but morellos, cosmic drive, and some lifesteal sound like a good idea. That liandrys aint that good unless you can spam e and even then we saw what happened and it wasnt that good. Ap cant crit strike anymore since they removed that one item. Maybe crit strike shaco was the way to go.

The early glaze of Shaco then sub-glaze on team and then you just give up on whole team. Shaco is a great champ I hate him but actually ez to fight top lane. The fact he lost top WAY early and started to hate on team means his mental was already gone when griefing. He was the be carried and turned into a carried against a 40 yr old.
