Hi Luis. 🤗 These Jollibee commercials do make us see love differently. "Date" would remain to be the best one for me. I think you may have missed that part where the Dad said, "I don't think I'll make it." So, the Dad died in this commercial. As for the second, it's indeed all about being meant to be and at the right time. 💜 P.S. I did see other commercials that are as good. Do check out, "My Daddy Lies", a Thai Insurance commercial. It's a tear-jerker. 😔

I am amazed that you know a lot of Filipino expressions like charotera, sanaol. The first commercial made me cry not only for the mom but for the boy. When a family suffers the loss of the father or the head of the family, it is always the first born son who takes over the role and in this video the young boy was entrusted by the father before he passed away to exactly do that. The detailed instructions on how to date the mother on Valentines Day on the father's behalf is what made me wish I have a husband just like him and a sweet obedient young man in the commercial. The second commercial gives me Kilig or romantic excitement but not the same emotion I have with the first. I guess it's the mother in me talking...All the best...

Date - the dad actually died and not in the hospital. Perfect pair - they guy did not play on their emotions. They were just friends when he met the girl who became his bestfriend. And then, when he saw his friend hurting and tries to remember all their memories, he realized he loves the girl. Love your reactions by the way!

VOW and DATE were in the same trilogy. All three videos are said to be based on true stories. Regarding VOW, some people got disappointed or even pissed because they felt sorry for the guy. Then Jollibee created the prequel/sequel to finally give him a happy ending. I don't think that Girl#2 became a rebound girl as he genuinely missed her very much, remembering their moments together. if you even compare it to the first video, it shows that in various instances, it was Girl#2 who supported him and encouraged him to go for the girl. She taught him the corny "fang fries". She told him to give Girl#1's car a push. She brought him Jollibee as he waited on the stairs for Girl#1. Girl#2 was really THE ONE. The third video is called CRUSH. I have other Jollibee recommendations, but I suggest you prioritize this one first. Now for the suggestions: (They won't all be sad, I promise, but do expect to cry sometimes). Prepare yourself for an emotional roller-coaster ride: PARANGAL HOMECOMING CHECKLIST TESS AMOR ALMUSAL APO ANG REGALO NI LOLO SPACE There's another one which title I can't remember! Maybe it's not even a Jollibee ad. There are various commercials that are also good but not by Jollibee.
