His status is determined by sports entertainers like Nick Wrong, who don't know jack about the history of the game, so he will be in top-5 conversations after this season. Even though objectively his argument getting inside top-10, isn't too strong.

@@penkima4923 No he won't, Kyrie is more of a 2. He is not a top 10 passer, he is a very good scorer. Unless you think he is anywhere near to Magic, Steph, Isiaih.
@penkima4923
@penkima4923 7 ай бұрын
@@AilmanF2P Kyrie is much like a 2, but will probably be ranked as a 1. Steph is much like a 2, but ranked as a 1. Magic never played 1, but is ranked as a 1. As I said I don't have Kyrie close to these guys. Even though there's like three pure point guards left in the league currently, who looks to pass significantly more than shoot. There's a general consensus, that ring-count is the most important factor in rankings. And Kyrie will likely have two rings by the end of the season, which means he enters the same conversations as Isiah.

They’re talking from a resume standpoint. He won’t have the All star selections, All nba selections or leading the league in significant categories. Unless he gets the FMVP this year he won’t really have any big time INDIVIDUAL accomplishments

At 15:30 it shows the biggest ppg differential in the post season for the last 30 years. It’s crazy that the top two (‘17 Warriors and ‘01 Lakers) each only lost one game the entire playoffs! The 01 Lakers though were much more impressive though because the level of competition they played was way more difficult.
