He's 5'4 so there's a foot of height difference, plus my friend isn't REALLY that intimidating in terms of [hysique. (Yes a M/M gay relationship. It took 3 separate events of me seeing new injuries and the stories just being.. weird. Eventually I put two and two together when my friend wound up at the hospital. When I spoke with the doctor, he confirmed it; that his injuries weren't consistent with tripping and falling out of the shower. So I gave this guy a little visit, and told him straight up "You touch him again, and I promise you won't raise those hands again for awhile." I had to travel for work for a week, and when I got back my friend had a broken nose (which WASNT there the week before).. So I went to this boys house, broke both his wrists, and dislocated both his shoulders. As i was walking away I told him "If I see you anywhere around Michael? I'll do more than just your wrists." Fast forward 3 years later and Michael and I have been together since that day. Lol.

So true ! Abby stood by him as well . Even during his big spiral in season 9. When all the nurses were going against him and he was self destructing, Abby was like give him a break she knew he was upset. Luka admitted he missed her during a Christmas party and booze does tend to make you be more truthful . He began to spiral bad because he lost Abby. Only what he didn’t realize until later was that she’d come back into his life in a huge way and be the wife and mother of his son.

I was rewatching some of season 9 and all of the poor choices he was making, believe me a lot were big doozies and Luka admitted to Abby during Christmas he made a lot of mistakes and he really missed her. One of the most truthful things he said during all that. He was pining for her and seeing carby hurt him as much he tried to put on that poker face of his. I remember when all the nurses signed a petition to get him suspended Abbys name was not part of that list. She was always the one defending him and Susan knew Abby would be the one person who would have a bigger chance of getting through to him. Luka even admitted Abby was the one person he could count on when everyone else around him went against him.

When that wife beater hit Abby, it suddenly got personal for Luka. Don’t piss Luka off especially when it comes to violence against women and children. The man loved Abby so much and she deserved a great man like him after all she went through and he deserved her. Abby was funny and had a sweet heart but she was also real with her own flaws who she owned Luka had his own flaws and they both loved each other despite their flaws and that’s the best reason of all. I was thrilled Luka took back his girl in season 12 for good. Carter should of stayed out of it because he just delayed the inevitable.

Actually, it is not okay for a woman to hit a man. But MOST women are not strong enough to do much more than hit. That is why men should not hit back. Grab her wrists or push her away, but don't hit her back. And plenty of men hit women out of anger or rage, not because they "have to". Not sure where you get your information but spousal abuse is a major problem around the world and is the reason they have shelters for women trying to escape an abusive relationship. Look it up and get informed.
