I love it when bands cover some more underrated songs such as this one, instead of going for the usual picks like Master of Puppets/One/Enter Sandman etc. The only thing I don't like about this cover is the part batween 0:34 and 0:48 - it's an OK solo, but I'd rather hear that kickass riff.

Being a huge Metallica fan and a pretty decent Testament fan, I have to say the vocals on this are fantastic but I feel that Hetfield's vocals fit the song better, I don't know how to describe it. But. The solo is fucking amazing.

dark roots of earth is really good album. kind of like Metallica should be. not that death magnetic is horrible or anything. all these bands aren't the same. bored millionaires don't make as impressive thrash as they did when they were starving artists starting out. I'm 49 tho. I'm still impressed how many of these bands are still around. I can't believe a lot more of these guys aren't dead (believe me I am amazed at that most about myself)!!!

This is a nice twist on the original. To all the bashers on this song just think about this. There's nothing more boring than a band to try to perfectly duplicate a song, and as a musician it's really a back handed compliment when some drunk ass walks up to you after you play and says hey man y'all nailed that skynard song.

He died just before Sofia Big 4 took place. I know who Dio is, you kidding me?!?!?! Dio and Heaven and Hell are two of the best bands of all time... not to mention the heavy metal legends, Sabbath. James is a crazy metal vocalist, though. Not anymore, you're right. But back in the late 80's-early 90's, nobody could touch him in rock n roll. Even though I'm one of the few that still prefers Dave Mustaine's voice lol... MEGADETH!!!
