The phrase that stood out to me today was "set at liberty those who are bruised." I haven't noticed the phrasing of these words before, in hearing them today, but caused me to think about how this could apply in more than one way. Not only can the Gospel help those who have been physically bruised to be free from that form of trauma, but it could also mean emotionally or mentally too! I've been struggling with my own self doubts and feelings lately. I think as I participate with fellow Saints and take time to focus on the Savior, Jesus Christ, I will be able to be healed from my emotional "bruises" and will be set free by the Power of God through the Holy Ghost. Yes, I can still receive additional help from physicians, but I can Also have the healing and freeing strength from Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. When I turn to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, I can become healed and I can be lead to an internal Freedom and Personal Peace! ❤️🙏✝️🕊️
