Luke is definitely married to his wife, Nicole and they now have 2 baby boys! He has a wedding video to his song, "Forever After All". And Luke is from North Carolina!

He's married, but this song is not a 'personal' experience, he just does such a great job that it makes you think/feel like it is. He has a great video on his YT where him and his band members and song writer friends sit around and talk about the whole album.

Relisten to the song and pay attention to his breath control. He inhales at 2:52 and sings continuously until 3:14 while moving all through the vocal range. Its crazy impressive.

I know a family who has just lost their son my age 2 weeks ago in a car accident and their other son who was also in the car is in critical condition and is fighting for his life in hospital. honestly devastated and every song. I listen to luke combs most of the songs listen to remind me of them. i dont think i would recover if it was my family. Rip Patrick, you are missed, and john, I hope you can recover so you can join your grieving family 💔

Such a good song. I love Luke Combs because a lot of his songs tell stories that you can picture. I'd suggest reading the backstory of the song, because there is history behind it.

Also, to hopefully provide a little clarity to the discussion you were having near the end, Luke usually writes his own stuff but there were a few songs on his most recent album he didn’t do any of the writing for and this happens to be one of them (Google says it was Randy Montana and Dave Turnbull), so it’s not really his own story in this song. He is indeed very happily married and actually has a few songs dedicated to his wife.

In case someone didn’t already say, this song was written but someone in his team, who wanted to sing it, but ultimately gave it to Luke because of his ability to put such raw emotion into his music. ❤ ALSO, this song happened to the person who wrote it

Luke is married for sure. The girl from the video you watched called "When it rains it pours" is his wife in real life. They have two boys and his wife Nicole is in a few of his videos. 1. Lovin' on you 2. Forever after all (their wedding video) and 3. When it rains it pours.

Luke didn’t write this one. It’s insanely good no doubt, but Eric church had first dibs on this track and didn’t take it from what I’ve seen. So if that’s wrong someone wrote a damn good story about someone’s life. But luke done it so good I’m still kinda convinced it could be a him story.

You guys talked about NC and the “south” being better than LA. And I agree as I live somewhere close to you. But…….a lot of country artists who hate on LA and use the term “in the south” we have …… or we do …….. Don’t realize that in terms of geographical location, LA is farther south than Nashville or in our case NC. Let that sink in. From a geographical perspective LA is more southern than most of the “south” as it is referred to in country songs.
