Favourite moment was definitely Paul McGinley’s golden rule to create an environment for players to go out unburdened and unshackled and inspired to play as good as they can play. Fascinating conversation this. Emphasises the psychology of sport & the acknowledgement that different things make different individuals tick, and how captains manage that.
