Vader is weaker than Luke because he is extremely sensitive to Force lightning, to the slightest blow to his chest (where all the buttons are) and he becomes even weaker (ex: Kenobi Show)

-Luke takes Durability because he survived a winter on Hot, suffered objects thrown with the Force, fell several meters, and when he gets his hand cut off, he recovers quite quickly while when Anakin gets cutting off his arm, he falls into a coma and is paralyzed for a long time by Count Dooku's lightning. -Luke takes Defensive Dueling because he managed to overpower Vader a bit during his duel -Luke takes agility because as we can see in ESB, he has very great agility and good reflexes while Anakin, we don't really see his agility in AOTC -Luke takes feats because destroying the Death Star and succeeding in important missions as a general is no easy feat.
