Luke is obviously better. We should start that Kenobi got his strength due to training. He wasn't born as gifted as Luke - son of the Chosen One. It's obvious that with enough work such talented guy as Luke will easly suprass Obi-Wan. Also Luke was able to outduel Original Trilogy Vader. Kenobi was easly killed by Vader in one sided duel where Vader from the very start went to kill Kenobi, and Kenobi could only prolong time to his obvious death.
