The glass “jar” that you liked in the second shop is actually a rose bowl. The metal grid on the top is to help you space out the flowers. I love a mooch round the charity shops.

Looking forward to seeing what treasures you came away with! Your trip to Marylebone brought back happy memories of my life before the pandemic: I used to travel to Hampstead, then through St Johns Wood, before ending up in Marylebone high street, visiting all the charity shops en route. That Cancer shop has always been pricey!

Brilliant loved the vlogg can't wait to see your buys. Your furniture taste is similar to mine I have a wonderful gold framed mirror also, which used to be my mother's, I once saw the same mirror in the hallway in the series Madam Secretary. I love older pieces of furniture and love to think they are loved again. My late husband used to love to repair clocks and I have a 160 year old American shelf clock he restored. Love your new book case it fits perfectly in that place.

I like to have something in mind when I go to charity shops it makes it more interesting looking for a specific item as well as just finding goodies. Things are opening up and getting near normal again which is great although here in Orkney we had only a 52 cases of covid and one death but last week tourist were allowed back and we have had 40 in one week😢 which is 90% of what we have had over the 18 odd months I’m very sad our little island won’t be able to cope but hundreds of tourists are turning up from all over the world

Luke we live near a village in Trafford in Manchester the prices are mad things you can get brand new they are charging more 😱 watch Kate she really does get some bargains.. Love the way you start vlogs, videos saying thank you for comments brilliant 🤗 going to say something which might not go down well with other people have told mine the same. You and Zara worked all though the last 18 months so money spent is on your home plus items gifted. You have kept me entertained thank you 🎉 glad to see you doing OK after first jab . Take care 🤗🤗💞💞

I want one of those watering cans..... I bought one on ebay and it was a scam, the spout pipe continued inside the can but there was no hole for the water to get out!! The pipe then went out the other side, formed the curved handle and then went in the top, where the opening was! So you'd have to tip it upside down to get a tiny bit of water out lol. Luckily I got my money back. Tfs 😊

I know charity shops have overheads etc but I really think they are getting very pricey. Considering all their items are donated I think they are being greedy. I have actually seen items more expensive than the brand new version.

John 3:16-21 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
