In your bedroom, perhaps some up lighting, like a torchiere, would lighten it up. The ceiling would be lit without the walls which I think would open it up. Perhaps?

Hi Luke! Ah…the home renovation projects continue. Might I suggest putting those small LED lights on the staircase steps for additional light at night. I think it would look lovely once you finish with the paneling. I even like lights under cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. Light is just so important in a home honestly. I think you need a completely different light fixture. You need something long that travels more across the ceiling that takes a lot of bulbs. That way the bulbs can all be directed around the room and highlight some things in the room.

Hi, not that you need my opinion but perhaps a small cabinet under the mirror would look nice. A printers cabinet or similar would balance the room. Also, get some vitamins! Maybe they will wake you up! Lol.😊

Jet lag can be tough. i was recently in Spain and the 9 hour time difference was brutal - not going there, but coming back for some reason. The first few days of the trip were in Paris and only the first day was hard and, you know, Paris, you don't really notice. It took almost a couple of weeks to adjust after returning to the West Coast. Hang in there.

Luke, for your windows, you can get a film for the windows with designs on, I have them on my bedroom window, as I live in a ground floor flat, for privacy, but you do get the daylight, and it's lovely with the sun/daylight shining through the design. I got it from Amazon.😊

Jet lag is a full day for each hour of flying, so you will have jet lag for getting there and coming back , your being on a high getting there will have out ruled jet lag , but carried on in your body so coming home will have had extra hours , your talking over 2 weeks of jetlag hours of sleep, you'll catch up , glad you had a brill time , did you look up the.vligs on the happy caravan family ? They live a couple of streets away from them trader Joe's in haylem 👍 nice to see you home safe , do you always read and finish a book , or leave and get back to it later after reading another book , 👍👊
