This might come across as harsh BUT some people might need to hear it. Maybe...if you're not motivated to do something, it's simply not for you. Make a change. If you're not passionate about something, do something else.

Hey man, totally agree. But here are some additional thoughts. Just because you are not passionate about one position in this industry doesn’t necessarily mean you have to quit this whole filmmaking thing. Maybe just pivoting from weddings more to commercial work could solve this issue. To sum it up, just because you not passionate about you current situation doesn’t necessarily mean you have to quit.
