This video just transported me back to my village. I can't wait to go back to my village, whenever I can, and organise a similar feast. The West should know and observe how everything was gathered locally and there was absolutely zero waste. People elsewhere have been practicing this for so so long. And, the sad thing is we may even lose these traditions in one or two decades.

Because they only slit the artery form the neck and let the butchered one dying by the loss of blood, let them suffocating. They stroke the animal with single blow which instantly killing it to free them from the suffering and suffocating caused by blood loss. Don't say I know nothing about Islam.
