I am very interested in Red Bean Cake, Bento Box Donburi, Cheese Tart, Shichimi Ice Cream, Kaiseki, haha, I love eating! I believe food is one of the main reasons why tourists travel to Japan. Thank you for your efforts in compiling this episode, it’s a super great job! I wish you a happy Christmas holiday and great coming year! 👍🎅🙌❤🎁🎄🎉

My most memorable food experience of Okinawa Japan was going to Arashi. Their spicy pork salt ramen could literally bring world peace 😊 🕊️

FYI, the "miso" in the crab is its liver it tastes great if you like that. I love it. I was in Japan back in 1984 for my job in Tokyo.

Tongue is not Japanese perfected food, it is very common in Europe. It is a delicious cut of meat. Most people don't like it because they don't know what it is. And good, more for us !

I am a fisherman from the Adriatic Sea in Croatia and I know that a clam that is not opened after cooking was dead before cooking, which means that those clams are thrown away so that you don't get poisoned if you have a weak stomach There are always at least 2% of such clams in a portion, so be careful
