My advice to you is to have many Vietnamese friends from the three regions of North, Central, and South. You will spend a lot of time enjoying thousands of delicious dishes throughout our country of Vietnam, including Vietnamese family cuisine, snacks, morning, noon, evening, vegetarian, holidays, wedding parties, death anniversaries, drinking parties, and vegetarian food....all are different and separate, with only one thing in common: all delicious..Both fill your hungry stomach and fill your soul, you will feel very happy when enjoying them..😄

The shell on the shrimps keep the flavors inside so its won't be to dried when eaten and also give its a better crunch that lots of people prefer. Without the shells its will taste a little burned-out and no shrimp crackers flavor..

I think some foods have shrimps with the shells to increase the crispness, which makes the foods different from other foods. It may taste not very familar at first. But if you don’t eat the foods after a while, you will kinda miss that crispness and come back to buy some 😂

Luke could you and Mink make a tutorial video on how to eat with chopsticks? I love Asian food but I hate the fact that I still can’t eat it the traditional way using chopsticks instead of a fork and/or a spoon… Did you come across the Bahn Cuon with a type of water bug? I think it’s called Bahn Cuon Cà Cuonğ, I saw it years ago in a show in Belgium hosted by a Vietnamese chef who has a restaurant in Brussels. It’s a type of bug that only lives in Vietnam it resembles a small crab and the chef said it’s kind of crunchy and it tasted a bit citrusy almost like kumquat fruit.

Bánh cuốn with Cà Cuống sauce is very Famous in capital Hanoi and still selling. As a Vietnamese, we don't actually judge other people whether they can use chopsticks or not, we're truly appreciate visitors come and enjoy our food as well as our culture. If you want to use chopstick, there is no way better than use it frequently.
@mythbuster35678 ай бұрын

2 million Vietnamese had died from starving in 1944-1945 under French colonial rule, the French did not let us eat, let alone eating good food from French. If so, it only happened to those who served them :) They took our resources and left us poverty, look at Africa currently under French rule you'll get it.

Please don't squeeze lemon into the fried rice, all those lime pieces are meant to be in your soup, because lemon juice never ever goes directly onto the dry fried rice since it won't help neutralize the taste at all.

@@ceeweight3845 Based upon the name, it's an Indian person. They probably wanna see rice, flatbreads and curries. Because that's so much more variety. And nobody wants to be groped in dirty India. Shev and Dev said they'd never go back to India as she's traumatized by her visit to there (and she's ethnically Indian living in South Africa).
