I been a Madonna fan since I heard her when she first came out. This song is/has always been my favorite song from anyone since she brought it out. This performance was incredible but her doing this song during the Celebration Tour was OMG, the best I have ever seen her perform it. I was at the Ciao Italia Concert and saw Rebel Heart twice when she played in my hometown. Madonna is the Queen of Pop. The music performances we have today is because of what Madonna did!!!!! The best concert tour ever. Multiple settings before the days of video screens to create atmosphere. This tour actually had to be a fully functional theatre that could travel cities and counties. It had to be able to mechanically move sets and change scenery hidden behind curtains so that they opened to show that a factory had completely disappeared and the inside of church was now in its place! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Glad you are traveling through Madonna's work. The Blonde Ambition Tour was my 2nd time attending a concert. May 20,1990 (11 days shy of my 15th birthday) saw her in Oakland. I was a fan of hers but seeing her in concert cemented her as my all time favorite performer. Please continue on this journey, there's so much you must see, I'd recommend her super bowl halftime show, for now. Also you have to be the finest best looking male on KZbin

Madonna at her artistic and creative peak, in my eyes. She's had terrific accomplishments since this tour and era, but nothing matched the output of the Like a Prayer and Blond Ambition tour era. It was the perfect mix of music, image, creativity, bravado, controversy, sexuality, and inspiration. It was an absolutely incredible era.

You can see with all the choreography why she introduced the use of what people would call the “Madonna mic”. It was so she could sing and dance more freely. Just one of the many ways she just revolutionised the game.

She aint perfect and that makes her amazing! Best entertainer/performer for FOUR decades. All her shows that I have attended is about giving us a story and put on an extremely well-put-together show. She has a very unique voice. She doesn't need to belt and thank god for that. And she writes amazing ballads. You should go watch "Bad Girl". Her acting in that music video/story is very good. My favourite show of hers up until today: Confessions still holds #1 for me

On this tour in particular, Madonna and the dancers ran themselves ragged. You can probably hear some raspiness in her voice, and that is due to her straining her voice and having to cancel shows in order to recover to complete her tour. Madonna is the queen of pop, just as Michael Jackson is the King of Pop. Madonna changed the industry as much or more than anyone else, and she has always stood up for the vulnerable, lgbt, minorities, and women. She is a very thought-provoking artist and this has gotten her into a bit of trouble in the past because she has pushed boundaries and broken down barriers for artists today. Madonna, under the threat of arrest during one of her concerts in Canada if she performed her song ("Like a Virgin") in a sexually suggestive way. Her response was, "I'm not changing my fucking show!" She performed it her way anyway, and the authorities decided to leave without incident. I think that they were afraid of an international incident and arresting a female artist for freedom of speech. Not a very good look!
