Also, real talk: stimulants do sometimes make the ADHD brain relax more, since executive functions take up so much energy we tend to need an extra boost just to bring us back up to baseline. So yeah, try a small cup of coffee before bed, and if it works, maybe consider talking to a psychiatrist.

I took a music theory class in high school and had to compose a song. I based mine off of the E scale. If you just played the first note from each measure, you’d play the scale. My teacher played it in front of everyone, finished the song, turned and looked at me and praised me on how beautiful it was with tears in her eyes 🤣 music theory is a wild, wild thing
