It is an absolute travesty that Lulu has not yet even been nominated-much less inducted-into The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! She is one of several female, white singers who came out of the United Kingdom and played an essential role in the history of Rock/Pop, ALL of whom should have been inducted ages ago ( Lulu, Petula Clark, Cilla Black, Sandie Shaw, etc.). Perhaps the biggest travesty to justice is the fact that arguably the single most important female singer of the 20th century hasn't and likely never will be inducted, the legendary Connie Francis.
