I thought it was about Anxiety (any form, "classic", as i refer to it, AKA Generalized Anxiety Disorder or "Social", which is, you guessed it, Social Anxiety) when I first heard this track. And I still KINDA think it, though I know it's about Mania. It could also be used for Depression and ADHD, as people WITH ADHD tend to have a lot of negative/intrusive thoughts. Mine are rampant and almost debilitating. Yes, I've got ADHD. And I believe some form of Autism.
