Took me hours to figure out my problem after trying all your fixes - not sure if this will help everyone but you can NOT have this hooked up to a dimmer light switch. Changed dimmer out with regular light switch and they connected in 10 seconds.

Hello, I originally already had recessed lighting installed and switch to the smart LED My lights are on a dust to Dawn sensor. How do I get everything to work? I already have everything plugged in the mesh gateway is connected I don’t have a way of powering the light switch on and off 10 times I try putting black tape over the sensor to make it seem as dark. I know that that works because I still have one light to put up, but I was waiting on a ladder to put it up so that’s the only light that’s on from the original lights I don’t see anything discovering on the app please help

Hey man, great video! It helped a lot. My problem: I have between 4-9 lights in each room. I figured out how to assign devices per room, but I cannot figure out how to pair each device in each room. For instance: if I want my living room to be red, the only way I can do it is to change each color individually. What am I doing wrong?

I think their is a group that you can setup and then change it once via the group

My issue is with 3rd party commands like alexa and I could really use your help. The old models of these had no issue switching from white color setting to rgb color setting using alexa app/voice command. I have 18 of the older models that do not have this issue. I reached out multiple times to support but I've gotten no where. Tried buying more lights, changing smart apps, updating software and app...nothing. it is definitely the new models of the 4 inch recessed lighting. Have you heard of this issue?

These lights are the biggest POS I've ever wasted my money on. 12 recessed lights constantly resetting for no reason at all. Network is fine and power is simply powered on. Absolutely go with Govee instead.

@@rohastechreviews I'm on EERO. You can't split them, but it lets you pause 5G. IF I have to by a separate router that I can split what as waste money.

I have 6 lights all set on one power switch all will go into pairing mode except for one of them and it’s always the same one. I can’t seem to get that one to go into pairing mode. Any advise?

One of my lights won't turn on any more with the wall switch or the app. I have had the light for 2 years or so. What can I do? The app shows that the light is on but it's noy.

After watching this video I understand that my problem was simple, I have to change my band from 5 GHz to 2,4 GHz. Both have the same name but the lumary and three temperature sensor (all worked previously) keep not connecting.

My Lumary lights end up saying... Failed to connect to router. I restarted the router bunch of times and tried again and again yet no success. I had them working for a while earlier but one of the group wont change color so I reset the whole group and now not even one would follow the command via alexa. Neither they would connect to wifi...how do I fix them?

Hi were you able to fix your issue, I had the exact same issue but thanks to this video I was able to reconnect 6 of my lights again, after 7 months

If you do just follow option 1 on the video but before that go to wifi connection and click on 5G and forget this network then just go to each light one at a time unplug the connector 3 times when the light starts blinking just follow the process and do the same thing for every light that you had the same issue with.. good luck ..

Make sure your in 2g and that your wifi can connect multiple devices. Some will cap it where you can only add so many

I had same problem the light was found but couldn't connect at all on 2.4 i tried for 3 weeks time to time then i switched to 5g forgot the 2.4g network i connect them at first time!!

Did you try to reset or troubleshoot if they are getting powered? That could be a bunch of things
