Lumbar Vertebra

In this video, I have described the anatomy of Lumbar vertebra.
There are 5 lumbar vertebra which have a kidney shaped body, one spine, two transverse processes, pedicles and laminae. Vertebral foramen are larger as compared to thoracic vertebra but smaller than that of cervical vertebra. Psoas major, quadratus lumborum, erector spinae and multifidus are the muscles attached to lumbar vertebra along with many ligaments.
