Me too. My Daddy's great-grandmother was Sarah Oxendine-Jacobs. I researched them and found out that they from Lumberton, N.C.

I just came across this & watched hoping to hear of some connection with my ancestors, the Newsom family, that lived in the same areas of Virginia before moving to Northampton, NC. I have found the two families living in close proximity over the years. I know an Oxendine & have wondered if we might be distant cousins.

I've learned I'm related to the Oxendine and Jacobs.My Daddy's Mother's Mother was Henrietta Jacobs- Robinson. My Daddy's great-grandmother was Sarah Oxendine-Jacobs. I'm really trying to find out more about them. I did some research and learn that they're in Lumberton, N.C., and goes all the way back to Oklahoma. When do you all have family reunions?

I descend from the Coopers, Clarks and Brooks. They were FPOC that migrated from SC/NC boarder to western NC. There were several Oxendine families that lived in the same township.

Im confused where christian is in the tree, i have nancy but nancy doesnt have a mom named christian? I know at the end you say shes not the mom, an that another mom abused her... But whats her name?
