Lumber River -Pan Fish to Pan Fried {Catch Clean Cook} | Carolina ALL OUT | S-4 Ep/9

The All Out Crew is headed to Robeson County to take their "One Man Boats" up the Lumber River with Brandon Freeman of Gator's Outdoor Adventures and Guide Service to target the Redbreast Sunfish, known as the Redbreast Robin. The Redbreast were a little hard to come by but the boys stuck with it and brought enough fish to the boat to make a nice fish fry on the bank! Smell the hot grease as Brandon dresses them and Chris fries them with Carolina Cooker gear! It's a Catch Clean and Cook Kind of show!

That’s a neat little burner I’ve never seen that one before, same with the yaks never seen that type before. Man I love the classic way of eatin fish like this. So many people today can’t be bothered to pick through the bones or are grossed out by eatin the fins.

I can catch bluegill and redear sunfish all day. Didn't know you could eat redbreast sunfish. I just think they are too pretty to eat lol I've eaten a few bluegill before, but they were thinly filleted. I'm just afraid of choking on a pinbone.

In all honesty the boat we used in this video is called the Warrior boat. We are now partnered with Creek Boats and would honestly recommend them. That particular boat is called a warrior boat. We are now using creek boats www.creekboats.com which are roto-molded just like a kayak. They’re tough as nails and are built in Albemarle, NC.
