You should have made it so you can't leave the gate until you have 99 attack, strength, defense, hitpoints, prayer, and cooking. By my calculation, it will only take around three million, two hundred and fifty-eight thousand, six hundred and eight (3,258,608) of those voluptuous hens. You'll also get 99 prayer before the attack, strength, and defense if you bury every bone. This grind is comparable to the kid that max a world of warcraft character while factionless only through herblore on panda starting island; took him a couple years. Good lucky my champion.
