Excellent video! Very clear, easy to follow, with perfect level of detail. I have been watching videos to see if Lumen is the next step in my weight loss journey. I would love to see a video of a typical day of Lumen use. How many times its used, the meals and the readings after each meal, the information the app provides and the changes that need to be made.
