Agree. I got trousers in too large but the return was just too hard. I use them for painting now.

I agree but I recently found a way to get around that. You can order your items online but choose the "pay in store" option. They'll ship your items in-store for pick up. And if it doesn't work, you can return at the same store location.

@@jsd3141I so wish I could do this. I don’t have a Uniqlo store anywhere in my state. It’s so frustrating and honestly it prevents me from shopping there. We definitely have the population to support at least one Uniqlo store here where I am.

About that fuzzy yarn jacket, I got mine last year, and if you wash it, it gets really thin and you can easily see the netting the yarn is punched into. If you don't wash it, unless you brush it often it mats really badly at the elbow 😢 I want to get something like it in a half zip like you said. Cozy and not prickly.

It's interesting you don't like that short cream jacket with buttons, because it's my newest favorite. I think the acrylic helps with the pilling actually. This sweater softens more as I wash mine. It is bulky though and not as warm, but I wear mine with heattech long sleeve tee anyways 😊

I got the black one and liked it so much, I got the green one too. It is a bit bulky but not too much. I actually like that it feels a bit more substantial.

Helen can I just say how helpful this video is! I'd never bought from Uniqlo before but was interested in getting a lightweight down jacket in particular. Your endorsement of the first white jacket is so accurate - I am so so pleased with it! Please do more of these vids :) by the way have you ever tried the intimissimi super lightweight modal/merino tops? They're quite sheer (for those who like that look) but for layering they are amazing !
