Well is not for all petite she has a long neck so that type of shirts look good on her but not for all petites it depends…..she has not big shoulder she is skimp in her upper body …….there are a lot of things to considerate . V neck looks better if you are petite with wide shoulders

Hey Helen. I have been looking for a going out dress for more special occasions for 3 years and i think i may get the harper dress in the bright blue. Im still thinking about it because its not cheap. But i love merino wool and its ideal for an english climate. Layers well. It makes me happy you are coming to the UK. Great Vlog and loved to hearing your thoughts on sezane 😊

Hi dear Helen! Great video as per usual! May I ask you why you went for the leopard Noah knit instead of the leopard Betty cardigan? I'm torn between the 2 and can't make up my mind! Thx so much in advance! 😊

I love the Catarina dress. I bought it last year and it is quite heavy. I also love the Naelle skirt and Sami sweater. Both are comfy and versatile. The Betty is one of my favourites. It's soft and not at all scratchy. My favourite jeans from them is the Mum jeans. I love that thing so much.

I got the same navy Betty cardigan last year and still love it so I decided to get another one in the beige with ecrue crochet edge. However this new Betty runs larger even though I ordered it in the same size as my navy one. Same thing with the crop jeans, ordered them in the same size but the Indigo one is slightly looser than the light blue. Something to consider if you plan on ordering from this new collection.

I wear cycling-shorts style undies, too, under my slinky silk skirts and clingy knit dresses. Mine are silk jersey without Spandex, so they’re extremely comfy, not like shapewear. I can’t stand being squeezed by shapewear, it would have to be a very important occaision for me to put up with it.

I like the Clyde trench because: 1. It’s single-breasted and 2. The angled pockets are an interesting and flattering detail. It also doesn’t have excessive hardware a d straps, like the London Fog one I got at the big Nordstrom sale - I think I’ll resell it after this season. I just got a beige blazer from Goelia because the angled pockets on it gave it such a great look. It’s fun to still discover new details I love at my age, 64. I didn’t really see much I liked at Sezane this whole last year, except tor the Betty Cardigan and the Paula Babies, old favorites. I miss the great silk items they used to make.

I love my Betty Cardigans and always want more in new colors. I prefer the non-crocheted edges because the collars are pointed, not rounded. There is something more flattering about a classic, pointed collar that suits me better than rounded ones. The Betty has all the comfort of any other cardigan, but enough structure and tailored detail to work almost as a blazer, lady jacket or other tailored jacket. I love wearing mine, I think my favorite is the black-trimmed ivory one, I have a big spot soft for contrast-trim. The Merino wool fabric is great, but I always wear a long-sleeve silk tee under my sweaters anyway. I can’t stand Sezane’s synthetic-fiber and alpaca/mohair blend knits, even over my silk base layer, but the Merino/Organic Cotton blends are really nice, too.

I love so much your clever way to analyze clothes! ❤❤❤ Thank you for this great video! 🙏🙏🙏 I wish you the happiest birthday! 🥂🍀🥳 Thank you for your sharing about the Amiel jumper, I can't understand why everybody loves it! No shape, too large, too long. I agree for everything except for the Clyde trench. One of my most worn trenchs and Sezane's pieces that I bought in the very beguining in camel, one size down, 100% cotton. I saw in comments that the viscose-cotton version has less quality. What do you think about Andina? I am hesitating to keep it or not

Glad you covered the Clyde, as it's on my wish list and yes, a lot of videos regarding it's fit and sizing have left me confused enough to the point where I was going to wait to try it on and compare sizes in store, if I go to a city with one. Your review makes me now confident to try a size down from online. I wouldn't wear it with a chunky knit so the arms wouldn't be an issue for me. I am 5ft 1.5 inches and now a size 38/UK 10 on top due to my 34D chest. Do you think a size 36/UK 8 would close comfortably across my chest?

@@katerina__k Oh brilliant! Thanks so much for replying and including chest size. I feel that's the one thing content creators don't mention often enough is how clothes work with or against their chest and how coats in particular, look and feel when fully buttoned up. That definitely decides it for me to go for the 36. Yes French 38 is a UK 10. 😘

Hi Helen. If you don't mind, do you have any tips on how to get rid of deodarant marks on clothes, especially like on those tight long sleeves like the harper dress. I always ruin great pieces because over time the deodarant stains thicken and show even after washing and cannot be removed by just a washing machine, maybe hand scrubbing the area would do the trick but then that would ruin the fabric, so I can't figure out how people who don't have deodarant marks do their laundry or maybe its the armpit hygiene thats the reason

I use a new makeup sponge to remove deodorant residue from the underarm areas. It takes a while and some patience, but I’ve had good luck with it.
