I really enjoyed the i-zoom feature on my Leica V-Lux 4, which, I assume, is just Leica's version of the Lumix FZ1000. It helped me produce images beyond my expectations and I would really like to see this enhanced digital zoom feature offered on the G9 Mk 2. This kind of versatility would greatly enhance the versatility and light-weight reputation especially for Lumix MFT cameras.

Does using hybrid zoom for a still photo mean that the photo that is ultimately produced is of a lower size?

The only Real Drawback I see with the S9 is the lack of Headphone Jack, Would love to see a firmware update to use the Type C port to support the Type C headphones, solving that issue

Sean, it looks like ca cool feature. You explained how to use it in video mode but can you explain further on how to set up this feature in stills mode? I don’t have an S9 to figure this out for myself.
