Yes it is a thank you gift for help during the Halifax explosion many years ago!! A wonderful tradition with meaning!! As soon as we’re finished our Catio Chat we have treats so the mood changes immediately 😆

lmao about cutting the claws have you tried filing them yet. I know especially the female cats hate getting their nails clipped. We are lucky they don't take our arm off when we do the dirty deed of taking those sharp tips off. I remember my Tootsie, when I got her back from getting her back from getting fixed, she beat the ever lovin snot out of me right thru the carrying case. This went on during the entire 45 minute ride home. Talk about catitude and growling. She never trusted me after that. It was ok though with me because she was just as beautiful as your Luna. but of course such beauty as theirs they can get away with just about anything.

I only have so much time to work on claws so I have to be quick and efficient. With Bear and Loki they have giant talons, Bears extra toes have to be cut or they will grow around and into his paw
