I used to play this for my boy when I left the house, and I played it while he passed a few weeks ago. I will forever remember Zoras domain especially since that was the track playing, as my farewell to the very best companion, and friend I could have been blessed with in this life. I will smile cry every time I hear it, as I am utterly heartbroken without him, but so joyful that I had the time I did with him. May you run again Chief. Daddy will always love you.

Me and my little brother used to beg my older brother to play Botw when it came out, we loved watching him play video games it’s kinda how we all connected. A while ago he moved out for college and it kind of hit me that I’ll never watch him play another video game again with my little brother and it really just hurts. While I could always ask him to it just wouldn’t be the same as him calling us from our room to go upstairs and then dashing up the stairs to see what happens next in all the worlds of Hyrule. He’s in England right now and I’m in Texas. I think my little brother secretly misses it too cause he’s always asking me to play video games for him to watch, even ones we already watched my brother play. I really really miss those days and I just hope one day we can watch him play for the very very last time before we officially grow up, or at least when I officially grow up since he already has. I miss you Dillon 💕

Those sibling memories are the best! You know, I bet whenever he visits from uni, if you asked him to replicate what you guys did back then, he would LOVE that. Nothing makes an older sibling feel more special than their younger siblings wanting to spend time with them and watch them be cool.

I remember when I first started playing botw, I swear, it was like so many new things opened up to me and I was so much happier bc I had something to distract me from the real would. The music always made me happy and going on little adventures and quests filled me with joy. I miss those times, but now every time I hear the music from this game it sends me back to those memories. I always feel happier when listening to this stuff and playing botw, I sadly can’t now tho bc of how busy I am with school and I lost my Nintendo Switch for the 1000th time- but I will always smile when I hear any of botws soundtracks bc damn it’s just really good, especially if it’s from Rito Village (that place was always my comfort village in botw).

I know I'm wearing my heart on my sleeve for this, but I know there are others who feel the same way and want to know they aren't alone. I'm a transman, and for my entire childhood I had always identified with Link the most out of any other characters in media (aside from Ash from pokemon and Gohan from DBZ) and BotW was such a breath of fresh air for me. I felt like I could really immerse myself into this world and truly, feel at peace with myself. Being able to lose myself and really feel like I was living in Hyrule as Link brought me so much comfort and helped me a lot with my dysphoria. When I'm feeling particularly dysphoric, I'll load it up on my switch and just ride on the trails, listen to the rain, take an odd quest, and I'll feel at home. For all my other gender queer folks out there who identify with Link, you're not alone, and it's okay to feel the need to escape into your transition goal fantasy. Be that person you want to be vicariously through other medias, video games included. I love you all.

When I’m sad in BOTW, I always go to Kakariko Village or Zora’s Domain. I feel so calm and content just watching the Zora or the Kakariko villagers going about their business. Lurelin Village is also a favorite of mine, because it reminds me of where my family used to go on vacation. We haven’t gone there in four years, and the memories of the place are hazy but wonderful. This is the closest to seeing it again when I’m not there in person I will ever get. There is a reason that this game is rated so highly, it is because you really and truly feel at home in the villages after a long day’s work, just roaming the village and conversing with the villagers, or simply standing there admiring the sheer beauty of the village and Hyrule itself. BOTW will always be my favorite video game ever, and I don’t know what I would do without it.

I played it around the time I decided to delay my big PhD test another semester. And I was finishing the game around the time that my next semester was going poorly. i didn't grow up on loz... but botw was so important to me. it came out while I was in middle school, battling mental health issues that had always been present, and only continuing to worsen. i played botw everyday and it made life feel doable. and with totk, same thing. i have played it to avoid spiraling and falling into crisis, exploring the map and living vicariously through link (I wish I could be adventurous or roam the outdoors). there is such sense of calm that comes from playing the game that soothes my soul. i still have a lot to work on but these two games helped me at my lowest points, when I didn't think there could be a tomorrow for me. this video helps me out since now I can't play very much. i wish the person reading this a peaceful, calm day, and brighter tomorrow.

I see a lot of people here love Zora's Domain and Rito Village the most, but does anyone else here love Hateno Village the most, like I do? It's even cozier to me than the others -- exactly the sort of place I imagine it would be idyllic to grow up in. It's like the Shire. A simple life, farming and eating fresh food, and running and playing in the surrounding green hills and forests and ocean. The BOTW lore in the game even says that Hateno mostly escaped the destruction of Ganon largely unscathed. Sounds like the perfect place to me! 😂

I have this video playing everyday, all day as background music for my classroom. It’s relaxing and I love it so much. The only problem is it makes me want to go home and play BOTW all night 😂

I appreciate all of your hard work Luna. I love all of your music and it helps me fall asleep. I also find it amazing how talented the Breath of the wild music team is. I cannot wait for botw 2 to come out, and it’s music. Thanks once again Luna!😊

Everything about this video is amazing and I am so glad I found it! Hands down the best study compilation, and I absolutely adore the in-game footage - just makes it all better somehow. I was about to say you deserve more likes , but I notice the comments say that the video was re-uploaded, so I guess that's why. Thanks for the soothing vibes 🤍

These songs remind me of the hours of work put into a game that I love but it's somehow relaxing that I know the songs by heart ❤️

I never listened to this since I passed 3rd grade in a while. I get to revisit my memories of loving stationery and zelda ambience, even loving my education ❤

I absolutely love the ambiance and visuals of your videos. If I could politely give one suggestion, I would say perhaps making the rain sounds have a bit more clarity to sound closer to rain rather than white noise. Beautiful video as always!
