Late start again, oh well! A very boring and uneventful Duelist Cup, it was pretty easy to climb till late levels, only demoting twice near the end as people were on stun/floodgate decks or very nasty terrorist Tear piles that either put up insane boards or FTK'd you with the longest combos you could imagine. I played not only pure Lunas, but also some HERO and some Lunalight Tearlaments (which does get showcased here). I only got to level 18 before I ran out of energy & losing 100 gems 💎 isn’t going to keep me up at night That first duel was funny since you & the opponent both needed to go second & I wonder how many times that happened in the event 🤔 That Centur-Ion player kinda angered me especially since I used it myself in the Duelist Cup. Wrong searches, wrong timing, using up everything so quickly 😤 Nice win regardless!

Yeah I faced AG twice, once on Lunalights aka game in video and once on HERO. Centurion duel was funny, no Blazar, didn’t use Seals at all, Called By on Tiger lol… just a very weird and uninteresting Duelist Cup

Congrats on lv max. For me, it was a weird climb. I had almost no full games. So many people just insta scooping when they get hit with the C or one other handtrap. Because of that, I had quick lv max climb in only 3 hours. Can't wait for your next ladder climb video. LUNALIGHTS BEST DECK!

@@Azalaine my ladder climb was simple, I just made it take longer than it needed to be. Was fine I suppose but yeah I just ran into too much stun/Tear. Finished the job though.

Im surprised that so many of the early duelist had honor. Something I really hate is when someone goes first and sets up a massive board over several minutes just to surrender when I out it in a couple seconds instead of letting me get final blow. Also Maxx C every duel, yeah Konami, Maxx C really be giving the going 2nd player a chance to play or keep the meta in check *looks at every time the rogue going 2nd player gets Maxx 'd by a tiered deck*

Yeah Maxx C is just very fun to play through, totally not busted or game warping whatsoever. Truly keeps meta decks in check. :^)

When Md was new i pulled those cards alongside Shaddoll aleister bc i thought these were cute "waifu" monsters . After Playing them ( totally wrong combos and stuff btw) i decided to dust them. are they good? I see you go second every time in order to otk kill them (sometimes) with dugares double attack effect. I am conflicted 😭😭😭 craft or not to craft. do you play amazoness ? are the worse than lunalights ?

Hey! So pure Lunalights, which is what I mainly played here and play in general, is a blind second deck. You don't actually need to use Dugares ATK boost effect much, I mainly use it for its draw effect but there are specific instances where it does come up. Otherwise, you can OTK with just Leo Dancer and Underclock Taker like in the Ice Barrier duel since those two give you exact 8000 lethal. But if you want a deck that can go first, you can throw Lunalights into a variety of decks and be just fine and they all play differently enough that you can find a build that suits your playstyle. As for Lunalight vs Amazoness, I don't play Amazoness but Amazoness is not better than Lunalight, not even close.

Pure Lunalights is a blind second deck, it can not go first. Any other variant, the going first endboard will vary.

If you run two raidraptor strix, plus the raidraptor link to search for a rank up magic, u can summon cyber dragon infinity off from there. Then use the rest of the level 4 to summon apollosua or evilswarm nightmare. Its still pure but with some raidraptor cards to help with the rank 4 spam. U are locked to dark with certain raidraptors but lunalights are dark so u wont be hindered much

@@yapyongliang7665 that is not pure, that is Luna RR. Please do not confuse people since no pure deck runs that tech and Luna RR runs a different main deck/extra. They do not play the same.
