Not the most interesting set of duels but a good variety for sure. Droll & Lock Bird is most certainly a card :) The decklist at the end of the video is not concrete, I've just been playing around with ratios for the time being and seeing what I like so will probably change next season, who knows? @@royalvandyke I'm pretty sure it's the best deck in the format. What's crazy to me is how many people are running Vendread. It's such an awful deck and it's not like it's super cheap. If you want to run a super cheap deck where you don't have to spend any UR to craft, then you just run Invoked. You'll brick plenty, but you'll win a lot more than Vendread lol.

Droll and Lock Bird probably made the SHS duel so much easier for you handle. That and the fact that this video is an OTK enthusiast's fever dream made enjoyable to watch anyway. Great video as always brother! Can't wait to see what Lunalight Master Lunita has in store for us next!

Great video as always 👍 It’s nice to see you feature other Lunalight duelists and KZbinrs in your videos. The more Lunalight videos the better! I also wanna take the time to appreciate that in the anime, if that one Obelisk duelist didn’t activate De-Fusion, that Serena would have single-handedly OTK all of those Obelisk duelists! Wish they would have let her do that and deal the final blows with the other guys supporting her by clearing the way for her to, but still a nice detail that shows off her strength as a duelist.

Solid duels like always. I thought super heavy would be such a problem, but in the last 50 duels I played, I saw them twice. For me its 90% of the time branded. Some things will never change. Good luck with the rest of your climb.

I have like a disgustingly good record vs Superheavy Samurai thanks to Droll, Maxx C and Droplet. Deck is very potent for sure but ending on Bagooska pass is pretty easy to deal with. Not focused on climbing this season, more so finding a decklist I really like.

In your experience, whats the hardest part of the Lunalight deck?

As follow Lunalight player I want to answer too, compare to today meta, Lunalight consider more brick since you need 2 card combo . So if you put too much handtrap board breaking card, you will brick

The deck in today’s modern meta is too slow as it relies on a specific two card combo, either Chick plus Tiger or Chick plus Perfume and is also susceptible to Bystials, Called By, etc. on Marten so you try to maximize on seeing both. That said, you can 100% play around that.

Interesting changes in the decklist and I'll be waiting for the finalised version! Adding 1 more Tenki could boost consistency but I'm not sure about cutting Thrust altogether. I feel like it's more useful than Ash for example that I believe to be a low impact handtrap for this format and for an OTK deck. I'd like to hear your thoughts cause I definitely need to make some changes too.

It’s been tough trying to find a decklist that I really like because I want to run thrust but I also have to run Droll and outs to Droll. Ash kills Branded and Lab and counters Maxx but feels mid in other matchups. On the other hand, Droll feels bad in some matchups like Lab, Stun, and Branded. And then I don’t feel like running over 40 would feel nice either. But I’ll keep experimenting and see what works and what doesn’t. Droll really threw a wrench into things tbh.

There was a time when i woud see tearlaments mix in lunalight i'd cringe, but now, i can understand the strategy. Haven't duel with my lunalight in a long time, still trying different decks which with the latest is predaplant i'm interested in making, but still, i'll try using my lunalight again ^^

Not a fan of it in decks closer to 40 cards, works great in pile decks. The pend monsters being lights instead of darks really makes it too risky for my liking.

The gameplay shows Kash monsters , Etc but the end deck profile is Different and doesn’t show them.

The duel where there is Kash monsters isn’t me, it’s literally someone else who I know who played Lunalight Tearlaments who let me use their duel for my video. Hence at the start of the duel, you see me giving them credit and their whole board looks different from mine.

I don't mind what the "top meta threat" is. Lab is still the most obnoxious deck to play against imo. I hate it so much that just seeing the replays against Lab made me a little mad lol.

Oh yeah SHS has been mid af thus far in my personal experience, Lab still is one of my least favorite matchups by a significant margin.
