You should write a cookbook based off of this and other recipes you have made in other videos as well. I would definitely buy it!! ❤

These are such wonderful practices and recipes!! As someone who is recovering from a restrictive eating disorder though, I wanna let people in the comments who have/are struggling with eating disorder thoughts/behaviours that fasting isn’t nessesary and please please please make sure to listen to your bodies hunger and remember your journey is so specific to you and that you are indeed deserving to be free from restrictiveness. Fasting can be a super dangerous thing for someone with an ed. But I think a fasting practice is more suitable for people who don’t have struggles with eds. Love to all witches and hope you have a great day!!💜💜💜

Very important reminder 🫶 Fasting is only possible without underlying health issues (physical OR psychological).

Yes! Also, I was intermittent fasting for over a year and was shocked at my annual doctor visit that my insulin was very low (has never been low before) and she urged me to stop and make sure I'm eating every 2 - 4 hours (small meals). Just some food for thought!

Would you make a video showing us your pantry? All your cute storage containers and contents in them? I need some inspiration! Maybe where you got your containers, jars and so on? ❤YOUR VIDEOS ARE SO INSPIRING 🥰
@Thewitchescookery3 ай бұрын
I could do a witches kitchen tour once! The storage containers are mainly from IKEA - their regular jars with lids and some smaller ones are just recycled old joghurt/olive/pickle glasses. The contents is whatever we cook with :) flour, grains, legumes, sugars, salts, etc

Thank you so much for including the beautiful, magickal moon into your wonderful tutorials. I've been a lunar witch for years (too many to count), and I've seen first hand how powerful the influence of the moon can be. I appreciate you introducing lunar magic to some younger witches who may know much about it. 🌙✨️

The one that I visually show in the video is a London fog tea and I have the recipe and how to in one of my videos (I think it is called 'kitchen witch spells'). The one I talk about is a mixture of lose leaf black tea and then I roast whole spices (cinnamon, dried ginger, cardamom) until they start to Release scent and then mix it all together as a blend. I then usually make a really strong tea from this blend and add in milk or cream and sometimes a bit of honey.

Hi from Seattle USA! Do you have a particular use for rose hips? I was just wondering this as I've seen a bunch of them growing in the seaside town of Newport, Oregon, where I've been spending a short summer vacation... :)
@Thewitchescookery3 ай бұрын
We loooove to make rose hips jam!! But it is a pain to get all the seeds out 🤣 the jam is amazing though. I also just throw them together with some apple slices, fresh ginger and lemon for a fresh infusion in fall. Great to push your immune system and they always make me feel nostalgic and happy
