So ironically the male character of strawberry shortcake is named huckleberry who is depicted with more blue then anything, at least the original version was, even though huckleberry's are red, purple, or a deep blue to black color, but to be honest Lunar reminds me more of the original buddy blue character from Rainbow Brite.
