Edit: It’s been pointed out to me that I am wrong about this. I’m leaving this comment since it feels cowardly to delete it now but just know that I made a mistake and my statements are false Them reacting to the animatic about Lunar struggling with KC made me realize something. None of them know he’s dead. Bloodmoon killed him in the middle of nowhere and no one has tried checking in on him ever since. The only person now that knows KC is dead is Bloodmoon himself and possibly Ruin/Eclipse if it turns out they didn’t actually cure the virus. That just makes me sad since it seems like he was trying his best to be a genuinely good person, but no one will grieve for him or know that he’s gone. The only other people who would know he’s gone are other people at the places he volunteered at, who will just be left wondering where he went.

Sun and Moon know that he is dead. It was mentioned in the "Moon fixing Monty" episode. Though I do not know if any of the other animatronics know besides them and Monty. Edit: How they knew was in the episode; they were trying to call Kc, but he did not answer, so they checked on him using a color button thing that shows his condition- weather alive, unconscious, or dead. It showed him as dead, and Moon was *not* happy about it.
