I get the rays and hat are very reminiscent of Ruin, but I would think in this case, it's cause Jack is literally the "child" of Solar and Nexus. Nexus (then New Moon) gave Solar the blueprints to make Jack. Jack could technically be seen to have the combination of both Solars and a Moons models colors. Jack is Moon-esque, but has Ray's. One could say that Solar incorporated that into Jack's physical designs. To incorporate a bit of himself into Jack as well. It makes sense.

I'm honestly with Moon on this one, well Sun does mean well and being a protective father to our sweet Dazzling Evelyn, keeping her in the house will make her more miserable and bored. It was nice though that Moon and Solar hung out with her for a while as they devised the plan on how she can go outside without making things to alarming. I couldn't help but also laugh that Dazzle's little cute antics during her little game, how she just slams on something to hang up on Sun. Then she went on a head and splashed Moon later with water, she really can be just so cute and precious. Meanwhile Jack had rays??? Not sure what that was about, even he didn't know, Lol. But I'm sure this "Mr President" game will be a good way to keep her entertained and protect her, so all should be well!

It's understandable how Sun is being protective of Dazzle but I also understand Moon's point of Dazzle being a kid , needing to be active and being bored of just being in the house all day that's a very great idea having Jack and Dazzle play 'Mr.President' as a way for Dazzle to still be active and Jack to play with her , acting well , like Jack while also him being on high alert and protecting her from Razzle also the scene in the fort with Dazzle doing the Captain's Log , and Moon and Solar smiling 🥺💖 SO CUTE !! niece and uncles bonding ! p.s : hope everyone in the comments is doing alright ^^ ♡
