Luna is a cat!!! No matter the size of the cat, they ALL act this way!😄 I have had cats since I was 12 years old and moved a lot (family, job, school, opportunity) and the cats ruled the moves! Love that in your utility room you have a "Reverse Osmosis" water purifier system. That will help your family get great water for cooking and everyday use. The house is huge and will accommodate all your family very well. In fact, in the North of Russia, there are no problems with clean drinking water, especially if these are not old city pipes but a country house in Siberia. It uses 100% ground water, maybe it is hard, with calcium and magnesium carbonate, but no more than what you see at the bottom of your kettle in a month :)

I got a laugh from the stunned look in Luna's eyes when she first saw the house and as she explored it... 😄 But, she warmed up to it by the end of the video 🙂 Your property is beautiful and as for where to place an aviary... Why not place it on the edge of the woods so you don't have to cut any trees and see where the most shade falls at the edge so that Luna will have shade... The house is beautiful despite the unfinished ceilings and there are plenty of windows for Luna to look out of... The boiler room is impressive and hopefully the previous owners left documentation regarding operating it... I don't think that plumbers are close by... The problem of the summer sun can be handled by retractable blinds so that you can have the beautiful views once the sun passes overhead... And Luna finally claims the new house as her hand...👍👍👏❤🙂

Beautiful home. When you finish the ceilings you can relax and start enjoying it. I'm improving my home at the moment too. New triple glazing, 8 new internal doors and a solar system. This hit me where you feel it because me and my much smaller Panther moved from many years in the big city indoors and out to suburbs a few months ago. My guy reacted just like our Luna...he was scared and nervous at first (no familiar smells stayed under the bed for two days) then started sniffing around and exploring & quickly realized he now has a whole big house fireplace and forest backyard. congratulations on such a lovely new home for yourselves and the girls, it looks like they definitely gave it their seal of approval, love that Luna was typical cat and had to carefully explore outside then inside to make sure it was safe for all whilst Venza races in caution to the wind lol. This brings back memories of growing up 7 miles (12 km) from the nearest town in northern Maine. Fortunately your house is new and snug, not a totally uninsulated farmhouse built in the 1870's! Rural living required a different mindset than urban, especially in a harsh winter climate. You have to think about backups for heating, transportation, food, water- everything. You can't have someone over in 5 minutes to fix stuff, you're the first responder.

So, I will respectfully suggest some things based on your video. I don't mean to imply that you're totally inexperienced in country living. But there are some pitfalls that are much better avoided than experienced. You definitely need 2 vehicles, "2 is 1, but 1is none" here. They don't have to be pretty, but they do have to run. If you have a choice, get a pickup truck, you're always hauling things . Use the "severe service" maintenance schedule, "normal service " is basically summer highway driving. The electric boiler/generator setup is something you should do a video on, your viewers in Canada/USA/UK have likely never seen one! If l had one, l'd get several kerosene room heaters as backup, generators NEVER seem to start when I really need them. Water and sewer are really important, especially if you have a septic tank. If you have a properly designed system, and you treat it right, it will work drama-free for years. It's also a lot cheaper than a monthly water/sewer bill! Treat it wrong, and it's a nonstop nightmare. Basically, don't flush anything except toilet paper and what comes out of you. No kitty litter, hygiene products, wipes, cigarette butts, latex products, etc, even if it says "flushable". None of it will break down, and it has a good chance of blocking the inlet pipe over time. When it comes to laundry, avoid detergents with high Phosphate levels, also fabric softeners. Avoid germicidal soaps, don't flush antibiotic drugs. Don't use caustic drain cleaner, or dispose of antifreeze, cooking fats/oils/grease, motor oil, paint thinner, etc down the drain. Most especially, don't clean up latex or oil paint pans, rollers, or brushes in the sink! As you can see, the NoNo list is very long compared to what's done in the city! There are detergents and cleaning products that are septic safe, if you have trouble finding them, let me know, and I'll name some you might have alternatives for locally. The major difference between sewer and septic is that you compost more and have a bigger trash can. I think you, Vladimir, Luna, and Venza will be very happy with country life once you get used to it, l was for 25 years!

Me encanta que al fin lo lograron, hermosa , alegre y luminosa casa, gracias por dejarnos entrar a conocer el reino de una familia hermosa. Me emocioné hasta las lagrimas, hace unos meses entendi por unos comentarios que logre traducir, que pensaban mudarse, y pedi mucho por ustedes para que lo lograran, y creo que me acompañaron muchos seguidores de tus videos y rezamos juntos, cada uno en nuestro idioma , y salió todo bien y va a seguir bien por mucho, mucho tiempo. Se como se sintió Luna al entrar, mis dos gatos que ya no están, les pasaba lo mismo cuando nos mudabamos. Costaba mucho adaptarse, pero al fin se lograba, tenia mis maneras de lograr que fuesen reconociendo la casa. Donde estaban me gustaba tambien , los árboles y los caballos, espero que la gente no se moleste por Luna, pero ya se acostumbraran. Es hermosa la vista. Me gustó todo. Disfruten mucho con mucha alegria. Que sean muy felices. Los quiero mucho a los cuatro, mi familia lejana, abrazos ybesos desde Montevideo Uruguay Sud America

Tengo 73 años, o sea que me crié solo con teléfono de linea hasta que aparecieron los primeros celulares, la tv llegó en el año 1956 con un canal solo, ahora es HD , y no se si no estoy atrasada de noticias.
