So Tommy had a 55 gallon barrel of shine on the back of his pick up and didn't get five miles before he got pulled over. When the Sherriff asked what was in the barrel, Tommy replied that it was diesel fuel for the Mayors tractor and he was on his way. True story.

What happen here, where is the lope on the db nickel ? I do not understand how such a poor video can be made by Lunati, when the idea is so darn good. Outlaw can be someone that doesn't agree with the local "political" law, like with a city and their ordinances aka rules or a king as with Robinhood. There was a great idea here wasted. What is Lawful and legal are two completely different things, and you could have ran with this. You could have made a dedication to Popcorn in a very unique way, mixing the Robinhood theme in and making it illegal but lawful. Like Cannabis is legal in those states now but is still against the federal law, play on those themes etc...
