That's a good point you made about the yellow phones. They're not very good at saving you either, should you have headed there for safety whilst being attacked. Agency driver....nothing to do with us, mate! At least they dealt with it. RM management could just as easily request the agency not to send him to them again. Did you want all the paperwork that the JC chose for you!? No phones, but they've got QR codes on their stuff.

2:25 Good point. Hadn't really picked up on that till you said it. The police always go on about not filming in the foyer because of privacy of vulnerable people but then stick officer 101 outside in plain view of anyone walking past. So they obviously don't care about privacy. I can understand that the yellow phone needs to be easily spotted so that people know it's there, but a sign to it where it's out of view of everyone would be better. The best solution would be to open the front desk, but an alternative would be a phone box which would provide some privacy. Not the entering or leaving it, but that period is short compared to waiting on the phone for 20mins for someone to answer.

LEGALS OFFENCES include - driving on pavement - parking in a dedicated cycle lane - not wearing a seatbelt whilst driving on the Highway - holding a hand held mobile device whilst driving Best when filmed to ask “who’s your Data Controller”? These fools won’t know thus breaking GDPR. You are entitled to a copy of his film and images by Law, as he was working for The PO. I’d email The PO, request a GDPR copy, report the offences and demand to know the outcome. He should lose his phone for a few days whilst they download all his contents. It’s the Law. Remember, where you stood was the public highway, not just beside a Police Gate. That little road is a Public Highway, open to the public. Simple.

The BWV policy may not be the law, but it is to ensure that the Police comply with the law and they really don't seem to get that. The Sgts words also suggests that the Police believe that following their own policies is seen as optional which is concerning. He did manage to remain polite and informed you about his BWV, even if he was attempting deliver low level intimidation and providing pointless "advice".

I was intentionally hit by a postman with his van. I went over the bonnet scorpion style. All because I had a go at him after he mouthed a woman whilst at work. Going to court and he is lying in his statement. I approached him with no weapon, just angry face and he ran me over. I think the courts and police will protect royal mail. I was put in the cells for 11hrs and ended up with 3 charges. Common assult (he was scared of words towards him), public order (I swore, I'd been attacked with a deadly weapon) and blocking a highway( didn't really block it, he went through me). Common assult because the little postman felt threatened by my presence. Could not give two fks about the charges against me. Laughable. The police also tried to give me conditions not to go near any royal mail employee. Couldn't do that as I could walk out of my door and be face to face with one so conditions were not issued. I've been to court once about it and is adjourned until December. It's sad also because I have always though royal mail employees friendly and approachable but my 8yr old girl hates postman due to one trying to kill her dad. If anyone has any idea how to proceed with reporting this to royal mail for compensation please let me know. I do want money our of them. If I do anything wrong money gets taken from me so time for the reverse. Any help would be very greatfully recieved. P.s. They sent a letter to my ex's house where it happened and won't deliver her post until she writes a letter saying that no one is going to come out and have a go at any postman on the street. It's been at least 3 months and she's not writing the letter. But she will want a letter from them saying that they guarantee the safety of our children on our street from postman and their vehicles! I think that's more important personally. Cheers.
