we take you to eat in an excellent trattoria in Piana area, in the province of Prato, in Tuscany. Traditional cuisine but with special dishes. Welcoming and lively atmosphere. Good raw materials and a good choice of wines. We tried an excellent fried tripe with green sauce and raw datterini sauce, two very good first courses of homemade pasta, ricotta ravioli with oxtail sauce and strapponi with deer ragù.
