It’s the flipping open and closing of those doors that keeps me coming back. And the quick wipe of the mustard with that stick. And the pitchfork that he uses for everything . And the way he just rips open new bags of buns. And the wrapping paper that comes from above seemingly out of nowhere. Awesomeness
@dj_6ix20two66 ай бұрын
Yes!!!!! Man you said exactly what we are all thinking!! Love the way he stabs those weenies then pries open the bun with his thumb. Love how he puts the mashed potatoes on the same time every time too. The way he handles the cash and change dispenser with one hand when he’s on the truck does it for me too

If you notice, he'd very careful about touching any of the food with the black gloved hand that he handles cash and touches the screen with. Not to say that he never makes little mistake here or there but overall, given the speed that he's serving these things at, I think his cleanliness is pretty damn good.
@planerbuck21124 ай бұрын
His cleanliness is shit. He’s wiping with a dirty rag and tosses it in a cubby that’s also dirty. No sani bucket in sight. Then he repeatedly touches things with those gloves never changes gloves nor washes inbetween tasks.
@Ponymedic1044 ай бұрын
The only 2 flaws I see is that he’s touching the white wrapper and folding the wrapper that the hotdog is being placed in. Second, he’s opening the plastic bag for more hot dogs / the brown bag, with both hands, who knows where that plastic has been stored. Other than that I don’t see any other problems but that is just cross contamination already being made.
@Riley_MDSАй бұрын
@@Ponymedic104at least it's way less contaminated than what most high-class chef did, they've mostly touched the food with their bare hands to make the food itself sits right on the plate.

Big fan of you Chris, I am also a business owner and I know there's tons of steps and shit to do erryday and suppliers keep charging more and more but @6:55 you gotta have paper receipts. Half your covers look like owners paying for their crew's lunch and they need the receipt for tax deduction and we hate at the end of the day having to print out a receipt on our office/home printer. You're also trading off thruput farting around on the tablet for the receipt

I love watching these channels of people who just post every day videos of them working. Believe it or not it helps with my severe social anxiety. I can’t interact with others easily and avoid confrontation 24/7- it affects my life very negatively. But when I watch these sort of videos not only does it make social interactions seem easier and working seem calming, it helps me desensitizes myself to my anxieties and inspire me to want to BE better.
