When you're on the road and you have a small window to exercise, if at all, diet becomes front and center to sustain your health. I like the theme of these diners but they need to up their game for plant based options. If you want to get that extra decade of life that comes with a quality of life, the plant based diet is the way to go.

Dang That was a big menu tons to choose from. Breakfast looked good. My wife's father actually owned the motel 66 he just passed away a few months ago so now we're trying to figure out what to do with it, haven't been there in 20 yrs. Great video
