I’m going to get my 21 year old daughter to listen to this she is constantly beating herself up and she’s so beautiful and intelligent and such a lovely girl but she has a lot of self criticism going on me too I sometimes do the same coz I haven’t had anything published and I’m a writer so we both need this a lot ! I listen to your videos a lot I’m also bipolar I find I sleep so easily after listening to your videos but for past month I been finding sleep so difficult, so thank you for all your amazing videos whether they be the vocal ones or the non talking they’re all great and your words resonate with me a lot . I wasn't sure how this was related to me at first, but then you mentioned how we sometimes over criticize the people around us and that resonated quite a bit. I hold everyone else to the almost insane standard I hold myself to, and while I don't think I should lower my expectations, I do think I should be less critical when they fail to live up to the standards I set for myself. It simply means we are not on the same level or path, doesn't make them less than me or bad people. Your videos always find a way to resonate with me. I appreciate you Jillian 💜

I’m in the same process as you only in a garden business after becoming a content influencer; seeds, soil, supplies and it’s so easy to be so hard on myself in these steps before fully launching but a little voice keeps telling me to just let go, surrender and know that I have everything I need inside of me to succeed because I am allowing my passions to fuel the journey 🙏🙏 you are so authentic and anything you feel passionate towards you will expand in so well!
