Just had a double lung and heart transplant exactly one week ago. I feel so grateful for a second chance at life and will try to live my life to the fullest and not take things for granted anymore. I'm only one week into the transplant and it has been quite difficult mentally, emotionally and physically but I can safely say that I already feel better now than I did before the transplant. I'm in Australia and was on the waitlist for about 5 months. The doctors and nurses are so kind and treat you with such dignity, it's amazing and I'm so blessed to live in a country with free healthcare. This lady was screaming louder than me. I lay there and prayed to God that he would take her pain way. Didn't even care I was having a baby. It was Horrifying.🤯😱
